How Mining Works

Error’s mining system mirrors Bitcoin’s logic - but replaces hashpower with mining power.

Each player contributes to the global mining network. Every block, the system distributes $ERROR proportionally to each player’s share of total power.

reward = (player_power / total_power) × base_rate × elapsed_time
  • player_power → your total mining power

  • total_power → total mining power of all active players

  • base_rate → how much $ERROR is emitted per block

  • elapsed_time → time since your last claim

Halving Schedule

To emulate real mining scarcity, $ERROR follows a halving cycle - rewards per block halve every 7 days. Early miners always earn more before difficulty increases.
